Exploring Teachers' Experience with Student Character Development: A Comparative Analysis

The purpose of this qualitative research is to explore teachers’ perceptions in inculcating moral values develop student character, identify different challenges faced by teachers and discover how overcome their both Islamic as well conventional schools. Purposive sampling semi-structured interviews were used obtain more in-depth information from six participants, a thematic approach was analyse the data. Findings reveal perception developing they these students character. A noticeable difference noted that schools face due limitations rights.
